Since I was a young child, I have been deeply curious about life and the inner world. I often questioned how we live, why we are here, and what lies beyond what we see. This curiosity led me into a lifelong journey of self-inquiry.
I have explored this path through body-oriented psychotherapy, Core Evolution (Siegmar Gerken, Ph.D.), somatic and shadow work, breathwork, lucid dreaming, inner parts work and more.
Becoming a mother profoundly deepened and grounded this journey. It brought my inner work into lived experience and awakened a strong devotion to supporting other parents through the transformation that birth and early parenting bring.
I hold a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education and am trained as a doula with DONA International. My work is further shaped by over 15 years of body-oriented psychotherapy, supporting awareness of the body, emotional patterns, and integration through presence and breath.

Support for parents
I support parents in a gentle, grounded way that honors their unique journey. I create space to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and meet what is present, emotionally, physically, and energetically.
Parenthood can bring both deep love and deep overwhelm. My intention is to help parents move through these experiences with more presence, clarity, and self-compassion, so they feel more resourced within themselves and connected to their children.
